Recently, YC Solar won TÜV NORD IEC 62941: 2019 Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing Quality System Certificate, marking YC Solar has achieved further key achievement in product design and development, module quality and control.

IEC 62941: 2019 is a technical specifications for the photovoltaic industry published by IEC (International Electricity Commission) in early 2016. It is an IEC technical specification for the quality management system of the PV module manufacturing industry. This specification requires that the quality management system of the organization must meet ISO9001 or equivalent quality management system. It is an additional requirement of the quality management system based on ISO9001.

The IEC technical specification puts forward high-quality and comprehensive management requirements in the aspects of product design and development, product certification, process control, key raw material control, procurement, product test monitoring, and document requirements of PV modules, aiming to ensure the reliability, safety and performance level of solar PV modules, and further promote the sustainable development of the solar industry.

In terms of technological research and development, YC Solar has introduced six major advanced technologies including integrated low-temperature waterless slices, large-sized silicon wafers, multi-main grid and multi-shards, dual-glass and  dual-sided power generation, macro welding, and alien welding belt, to establish a green and efficient intelligent manufacturing production line. This time YC Solar obtained the quality certification system certificate not only proves that YC Solar module products have passed strict testing and assessment, and have stable performance under various environmental conditions, but also ensure the reliability of its quality. At the same time, it means that YC Solar module products have been recognized again by international standards.
