On October 4-6, International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) was held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. In this exhibition, Yingli Group's YC Solar brought TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, BIPV products, and supporting auxiliary materials of Yitong Solar to make a stunning debut, and launched YC Solar's one-stop industrial and commercial solutions of "Free Light", which brought more choices for global customers and efficiently empowered the Southeast Asian market.

International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) is Malaysia's most influential professional green technology and environmental protection products conference and exhibition. Based on the current market conditions and the policies of the Malay authorities, Malaysia's installed PV capacity is expected to increase by 31% to 13.1GW by 2025 and by 40% to 18GW by 2035.

Intelligent Manufacturing leads the future , release "N" power

In this exhibition, according to the local energy market and policy demand, YC Solar brought N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic module products, which attracted a lot of professional visitors in the industry to visit and unanimously favoured.

Relying on the latest intelligent manufacturing technology R&D system and quality control system, the N-type high-efficiency PV module products are maturely applied with 182mm silicon wafers, adopting multi-master grid half-wafer structure, and the power of a single chip can be up to 580 W. By optimising the cell structure, material selection and process, the modules have achieved higher photovoltaic conversion efficiency and lower cost. According to the test data, the attenuation rate of this series of modules is less than 1%, and the annual linear attenuation rate is less than 0.4%, meanwhile, it has excellent mechanical load performance.

Malaysia is located in Southeast Asia, where there is abundant sunshine, and the average daily sunshine is about 4.21kWh to 5.56kWh per square meter, which is a rich source of sunshine. YC Solar N-type high-efficiency PV module adopts bifacial power generation technology. The design of bifacial power generation improves the power generation efficiency and stability of the module, and the maximum bifacial rate reaches 80%, which is higher than that of single-face power generation, and the large-size matching degree is high, and the bifacial rate is increased by 10%. Meanwhile, the module also features high-temperature stability and durability, which can be perfectly adapted to local light and heat conditions to maximize efficiency.

At the exhibition site, customer groups from the upstream and downstream of the photovoltaic industry had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the current development status, future trends, application prospects of N-type battery technology, etc. Through the targeted display at the exhibition, YC Solar effectively develops a number of new potential customers and further expands the Southeast Asian market.

Diving in and building up momentum, to YC Solar’s 30th year

Since Yingli Group entered the photovoltaic industry in 1993, it has always taken "producing green energy that is affordable to the people" as its mission. Relying on Yingli Group's thirty years of accumulated experience, YC Solar has established a green and highly efficient intellectual production line, and introduced six advanced technologies in the industry with high standards, such as Integration of low temperature anhydrous nondestructive slicing of large-size silicon wafers, multi-busbar and multi-wafers, dual- glass and bifacial power generation, Micro- gap welding, and special-shaped ribbon, etc. The high-quality assurance and PID-resistant performance of the product has passed the industry standard of TÜV Norddeutsche, and it possesses a stable performance under various environmental conditions, which in turn ensures its quality and reliability, and has won unanimous praise in the global market.

 Stable and far-reaching, focus on the development of the whole chain of pv industries

 It is known that the overseas team of YC Solar also exhibited the BIPV products of GAIN SOLAR of Yingli Group. In addition, Yingli Group's Yitong Solar of low-temperature round welding tapes, black busbars, ultra-thin busbars and junction boxes and other auxiliary materials are also on display at the exhibition. Currently, Yitong Solar's products have been certified by Germany's TÜV, and cover all PV technologies such as PERC, TOPCon, HIT, XBC, CdTe, PSC, stacked-layer, which are able to meet the demands of large-size modules, BIPV, thin-film and other PV products. It can meet the demand of large-size modules, BIPV, thin-film and other PV products in the industry, and its whole series of welding tape converging tape products have been imported by Russian customers, and have been exported to a total of 500 MW.
