The brand upgrade focuses on the integration of the two business areas of modules intelligent manufacturing and power plant construction, and involves specific matters such as brand name and logo renewal and company name change. According to the brand upgrading work arrangement, the former "Yingchen Energy" was formally upgraded to "Yingchen New Energy"(YC SOLAR), and the brand logo was adjusted accordingly. "Guangxi Yingli Yansheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was formally renamed as " Guangxi Yingchen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", with the main business of power plant development and construction remaining unchanged, and rural revitalization, industrial and commercial photovoltaic, and power plant technical reform as the direction of business.

From the introduction of the solar neon production line in 1993 to the brand new development in 2024, Yingli Group has been deeply engaged in the photovoltaic industry for 31 years, continuously maximizing the value of solar.

In 2014, Guangxi Yingli Yuansheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, with PV EPC as its main business, and is committed to opening up the integrated chain from power plant development, construction to operation and maintenance, green power trading, carbon emissions trading, and outputting complete solutions.

In 2021, YC Solar inherits the manufacturing experience accumulated by Yingli Group and relies on four national R&D platforms, such as the National Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials and Technology, to efficiently empower PV smart manufacturing, provide customers with high-quality, standardized, and differentiated module products, and satisfy customers' needs in an all-round way.

The head of Yingchen New Energy said that the brand merger is a new ecological strategic layout based on the current situation of the industry, through the integration of the advantages of the original two brands, differentiated, customized components and power plant development integration linkage, reshaping the brand connotation, and actively explore the whole chain of service mode, optimize the "product-side + application-side" resource allocation ability.
