Full power | YC Solar ACE series high-efficiency PV modules & BPS power station renewal plan shines at SNEC in Shanghai!

  On June 13th, SNEC 17th (2024) International Solar Photovoltaic and Intelligent Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition was held in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Centre, and YC Solar released "ACE" series of high-efficiency PV modules and BPS PV power station renewal plan for the whole world, to discuss the future development pattern of the world's green energy and industry opportunities with all the colleagues.

  | Fully upgraded ACE high-efficiency series products

  It is understood that at this Shanghai SNEC exhibition, YC Solar strongly released the brand-new "ACE" series products, creating comprehensive and high-efficient PV module integrating no dust accumulation, anti-glare and corrosion resistance.

  Yang Yaning, Technical Director of YC Solar, said that YC Solar "ACE" series modules use six advanced technologies in the industry , such as low-temperature waterless and non-destructive slicing, large-size silicon wafers, multi-main grid and multi-split wafers, double-glass and double-side power generation, micro-pitch welding, and shaped welding belt, as well as the AI quality control process.The maximum conversion power at the module end can reach 585W, the power generation gain can be as high as 6% to 15%, the linear attenuation is ≤0.4%, and it has excellent weather resistance and can be applied in scenarios such as offshore photovoltaics, fishery-photovoltaic complementary, airports, expressways, and industrial and commercial rooftops.

  At the press conference site, executives of production and design companies from the upstream and downstream of the PV industry in various countries, together with industry experts, discussed and exchanged views on the full range of applications of PV modules and the latest scientific research results of solar energy technology.

  In addition, in this exhibition, YC Solar launched N-type high-efficiency double-sided double-glass modules, N-type all-black aesthetic modules, N-type high-efficiency flexible modules, and single-glass transparent mesh backsheet modules, and made efforts from all sides to fully satisfy the diversified needs of customers with high-efficiency empowerment of the whole scene.

  | Comprehensive renewal  BPS Power Station Renewal Plan

  In recent years, the rapid innovation of PV technology has made it an important trend to upgrade the technology of early PV power station.YC Solar has teamed up with Huawei to develop three optimal technical transformation solutions for solar power plants using AI and big data technology, including efficiency improvement, safety, and intelligent transformation. These solutions are based on data learning algorithms and model training to break through the difficulties of transformation and revitalize early solar power plants.

  In addition, YC Solar relying on China's first complete demonstration line for green recycling treatment of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules (National Ministry of Science and Technology 13th Five-Year key special plan, which fills the commercial gaps of domestic photovoltaic module recycling), and playing the role of 4,000 tonnes/year pilot line, has launched the business of recycling of photovoltaic modules, and has built up a closed-loop of the business from photovoltaic module manufacturing to application and then to the green recycling of industrial resources.

  It is introduced that YC Solar is continuously constructing innovative development application scenarios, contract models and revenue-sharing mechanisms for a new power system mainly based on photovoltaic in rural areas. It has launched innovative rural photovoltaic solutions. Through multi-scenario applications in rural areas and promoting the village-enterprise cooperation model, it promotes the low-carbon and green transformation in rural areas. Currently, YC Solar has completed the development and construction of 1.5 gigawatts of "whole county distributed photovoltaic", distributed in 30 districts and counties in 11 provinces such as Hebei, Shandong, Tianjin, Hubei, Guangdong and Guangxi.

  YC Solar signed strategic cooperation agreements with NG Technologies (PVT), Henan Water Investment New Energy Development Co., LTD., Shandong Power Construction Group Co., LTD., and Beijing Jinkunlun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to reach an agreement in the field of intelligent manufacturing of efficient modules.
